Synergy Homes focuses our builds in Central Iowa ensuring we can frequently visit all job sites. Your vision is our goal with an eye on excellence every step of the way.
Designing your home from start to finish allows you to tailor it to meet your specific needs. Instead of settling for a cookie-cutter home or a high-maintenance, older home, you’re able to craft a space that reflects your personal style and taste.
Bring your ideas, inspiration, and enthusiasm. Be prepared to discuss your budget, the payment process, materials, timeframes, and expectations. Discussing these items will allow us to have an open and honest dialog from start to finish.
At Synergy, our goal is eight months. Your move-in date is determined by multiple factors, including the timeliness of design and finish selections, the extent of change orders, the availability of building materials and labor, and the capricious Iowa weather. We strive to adapt and work diligently, regardless of the weather conditions.
A construction loan is the responsibility of the homeowner. You will carry the construction loan – the home will not be financed by Synergy Homes. However we are happy to make the process easy with the assistance of our preferred lenders.

It’s possible that your specific city and/or county may require certain amounts of frontage, property line depth and/or other requirements to build your home. Synergy will work with each community directly to understand and work through these requirements.
